Q. Can I host my PBX in the cloud?
Yes. We've partnerd with a Global Cloud PBX Provider, (3CX). You can either self-host your entire PBX, or we can host your PBX in any of the 3-major cloud providers (Google Cloud, Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure), providing you with affordability, scalability and reliability.
Q. Do I need new network hardware?
Not necessarily. We provide you with a free IT Infrastructure, Network and Communications audit, giving us insighti into your current setup. After our initial meeting and audit, will we present you with a full and detailed report, including recommendations.
Q. Can I make internetationl calls?
Yes. Our network team automatically blocks outbound numbers and calls to certain high-risk countries. If you need to specifically make outbound calls to any of these countries, you can simply request written access and we'll allow outbound calls.
Q. Is Office 365 Desktop or Cloud Based?
A bit of both actually. However, depending on the Office 365 product you take, you can have Office 365 Desktop Applications. If you wish to only have it cloud (browser) based, we have package that suits your needs, including cloud storage for all your documentation.
